2026年亚洲40位企业知识产权精英评选活动正式启动

Innovation-driven development has become the core engine of global industrial iteration. With its vigorous industrial vitality, well-established innovation ecosystem, and strong development potential, Asia continues to lead global innovation and transformation. From the implementation and empowerment of new productive forces, the iteration of cutting-edge digital technologies, to the upgrading of green and low-carbon industries, and breakthroughs in high-end manufacturing technologies, Asia's innovation landscape is continuously expanding and improving. The intellectual property ecosystem that resonates with it has also been continuously iterated through the deep cultivation of generations of industry pioneers. 自2024年起，IPR Daily携手亚洲多国行业组织和机构，共同打造“亚洲40位企业知识产权精英（Asia40）” 评选活动，如今一共揭晓了涵盖中国、日本、韩国、新加坡等多个国家的80位获奖者，还以“亚洲知识产权人才盛典”为契机举行了颁奖仪式，凝聚精英力量，成为亚洲知识产权领域极具影响力的年度盛事之一。

Since 2024, IPR Daily has collaborated with industry organizations and institutions from multiple Asian countries to jointly organize the "Asian 40 IP In-house Selection (Asia40)". To date, a total of 80 award winners from China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries have been announced. The event, which also includes an award ceremony held on the occasion of the "Asia Intellectual Property Talent Gala", brings together IP talents and has become one of the most influential annual events in the field of intellectual property in Asia.

2026年，Asia40评选活动再次启幕，延续初心、迭代升级，持续面向全亚洲挖掘、表彰深耕企业知识产权领域、勇于突破创新、赋能产业发展的知识产权中坚精英。本年度活动将进一步整合亚洲国际产业与知产资源，拓宽评选维度、优化评选标准，聚焦新兴产业创新、知识产权合规运营、全球专利布局、科创成果转化等核心领域，全方位展现亚洲知识产权从业者的专业力量与创新担当。同时，活动将持续搭建国际化交流展示平台，传递亚洲创新声音，赋能知识产权人才成长，助力亚洲创新产业生态圈持续蓬勃发展。

In 2026, the Asia40 selection event will once again kick off, adhering to its original mission and undergoing iterative upgrades. It will continue to seek out and recognize IP in-house across Asia who have been deeply involved in the field of corporate IP, are brave in making breakthroughs and innovations, and are empowered to drive industrial development. This year's event will further integrate international industrial and IP resources in Asia, broaden the selection dimensions, optimize the selection criteria, and focus on core areas such as emerging industry innovation, compliant IP operations, global patent layout, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It will comprehensively showcase the professional strength and innovative commitment of IP practitioners in Asia. Simultaneously, the event will continue to build an international exchange and exhibition platform, convey the voice of Asian innovation, empower the growth of IP talents, and facilitate the continuous vigorous development of the Asian innovation industry ecosystem.

For the "Asian 40 IP In-house Selection" event, the employers of candidates should mainly be enterprises with headquarters within Asia, and participants are not restricted by gender, age, industry, region or nationality. In the increasingly fierce global competition for innovation, intellectual property has long become a core strategic asset for companies to establish a foothold in the market, break through and advance in their industries, and seize development opportunities in their regions. 报名要求

Registration Requirements

候选人职位包括但不限于总部位于亚洲的各企业知识产权主管领导、首席知识产权官、法务总监、知识产权总监（部长、主任、处长）、知识产权经理（主管）、知识产权法务、高级知识产权顾问及技术科研负责人等在企业里从事知识产权相关工作的人员，以及企业的创业者或高级管理层。候选人服务单位以总部在亚洲范围内的企业为主，不受性别、年龄、行业、地域和国籍限制。

Positions eligible for candidates include, but are not limited to, intellectual property directors, chief intellectual property officers, legal directors, intellectual property directors (ministers, directors, section chiefs), intellectual property managers (supervisors), intellectual property legal professionals, senior intellectual property consultants, and technical research leaders engaged in intellectual property-related work within enterprises, as well as entrepreneurs or senior management of enterprises. Service units of candidates are primarily based in Asia and are not restricted by gender, industry, region, or nationality.

评选流程 Selection Process

评选将通过初选、复选和决选三个阶段展开，从亚洲贡献力、亚洲影响力、创新力和成长力等多个维度，对候选人进行全面考量，邀请亚洲各领域企业家、投资家、资深IP领袖和专家学者进行综合评估。

The selection process will consist of three stages: preliminary selection, semifinal, and final. Candidates will be comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions such as contributions to Asia, influence in Asia, innovation ability, and growth. Various entrepreneurs, investors, senior IP leaders, and expert scholars from Asia will be invited to conduct comprehensive assessments.

报名方式 Registration Method

报名采用自荐和推荐两种方式进行（分别填报“附件表格”并提供照片一张）。欢迎亚洲各国知识产权管理部门、相关行业协会、知识产权服务机构和广大企业推荐候选人。每家机构原则上限推一名候选人，并须在参评推荐表上加盖公章/签字。

Registration can be done through self-recommendation and recommendation. Candidates are welcomed to be recommended by intellectual property management departments, relevant industry associations, intellectual property service agencies, and numerous enterprises across Asia. Each organization is generally limited to recommending one candidate and affixing an official seal/signature on the recommendation form will be highly appreciated.

此外，历届荣获过“中国40 Under 40”的企业知识产权精英将享受优先参选本次亚洲四十位企业知识产权精英的权益，最终以评委打分为准。 The Chinese IP in-house who have been awarded “China 40 Under 40” in previous years will enjoy the priority of participating in the selection of the “Asian 40 IP In-house” selection, and the final result will be based on the scores.

结果公布 Announcement of Results

活动结束后，评选结果将在IPR Daily中英文网站、微信、海外多家平台等全媒体矩阵首发，并将联合IP行业媒体、知名科技媒体及海外合作媒体进行全面发布。

The results of the selection will be first released on the IPR Daily's Chinese and English websites, WeChat channel, and various overseas platforms within the entire media matrix. The results will also be extensively published in collaboration with IP industry media, renowned technology media, and overseas cooperative media.
